About John Leezer Background
John Leezer started his career in 1982 by joining his Dad's rural insurance and real estate agency. While the agency handles all types of insurance and real estate, John has always focused his specialty on the agricultural side of the insurance and real estate business. Having a successful farm and crop insurance business also helps to build a data base of farm operators and land owners for which to cross sell agricultural real estate.
For 25 years, John has specialised in all types of rural real estate including farms, timber, pasture, farm auctions, wooded acreages and rural homes.
In 2005, the Leezer Agency, Inc. merged its real estate division with Jim Maloof/Realtor in Peoria, IL. Jim Maloof/Realtors is one of the largest independent real estate firms in Central Illinois with 14 offices in 6 counties.
