I’m John Leezer – I bring 30 years experience to your farmland sale.

Earlier in my career I sold both houses and farmland. Now I focus on selling only farmland.

• I’m a member of the Realtors Land Institute and on the board of directors for the IL Chapter.
• I am an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC).

I started my career in 1982 by joining my Dad’s rural insurance and real estate agency. While the agency handles all types of insurance and real estate, I Have always made the agricultural side of the insurance my specialty and and my real estate business. Having a successful farm and crop insurance business also helps to build a data base of farm operators and land owners for which to cross sell agricultural real estate.

As a trusted land consultant, I help land-owners sell farms in Stark County, Tazewell County, Woodford County, Marshall County, Henry County, Peoria County, Knox County and Bureau County.

For over 30 years, I’ve specialized in all types of rural real estate including farms, timber, pasture, farm auctions, wooded acreages and rural homes. I have received the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation which is given to those who excel in land transactions.

• In 2005, the Leezer Agency, Inc. merged its real estate division with Jim Maloof/Realtor in Peoria, IL.
